Kew Gardens
Dyson Briggs have worked on many of the historic buildings in the City of London but none so challenging as this. In conjunction with main contractor Overbury we provided a range of wall and floor finishes including herringbone stone floors in receptions and corridors, stone wall panels to the reception area and ceramic tiled finishes to tea stations, break out areas and washrooms.
Main Contractor ISG appointed Dyson Briggs to carry out tiling works for their refurbishment of the world renowned Grade 1 Listed Temperate House in Kew Gardens. The Temperate House was built in 1860 and is the largest surviving Victorian greenhouse in the world. Our work included quarry tiling to the octagon shaped entrance buildings and visitor washrooms.
